Instructions for Use:

Take one effervescent tablet daily in a glass of water (200 ml) – it refreshes and tastes good. If you have an increased need for iron, take two effervescent tablets throughout the day. The daily consumption should not be exceeded. Men, postmenopausal women, and pregnant women should take iron-containing dietary supplements only after consulting their doctor. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
